Shipping Options

While we do not offer standard shipping at checkout, we are happy to arrange custom shipping quotes upon request.

Because each piece varies in size, weight, and fragility, shipping costs differ from item to item. For this reason, we work with trusted third-party specialty carriers who handle furniture and delicate goods with the care they deserve.

  • We partner with reputable third-party freight and white-glove delivery services that specialize in transporting furniture and fragile goods.

  • We can hold items for up to 7 days. Longer holds may incur a storage fee.

  • Yes. Due to the nature of our curated and vintage pieces, all furniture sales are final.

  • How Local Pickup Works

    1. Place Your Order
      Add your item to cart and check out as usual.

    2. Schedule Pickup
      Reach out to our team via phone, email, or Instagram DM, and we will coordinate a pick-up time with you.

    3. Arrive for Pickup
      Visit us at 237 King St., Suite D.

    4. Load & Go
      Please bring any help or equipment needed for loading larger pieces.
      Palmetta does not handle transport from the store into your vehicle, and we are unable to lift, load, or secure items inside customer vehicles.

      If you need assistance, we are happy to recommend trusted local movers who can coordinate pickup and delivery on your behalf.
